At our cosmetic surgery clinic, Doctors Makeover, we carry out these procedures as a Day Case Surgery under local anaesthesia, this means it is safer and you are able to walk away straight after the procedure. Depending on the condition, the whole operation should take less than an hour in duration.

There may be some discomfort, bruising and swelling at the site of the operation and we will supply you with a relatively comprehensive post-operative care plan and follow-up on the day of the operation. We mainly carry out clean operations with very minimal or no risk of infection but one needs to be aware of the risks and the surgeon will discuss them at the consultation.
